Our therapists at RKS are able to offer rehabilitation to both adults and children following assessment. This may be used to assist independence in the home, to improve function in every day activities in work, school and leisure pursuits or to enable a return to work.

We have therapists with specialised skills in the treatment of clients with head injury and neurological conditions such as stroke and multiple sclerosis and MND. For clients with musculo-skeletal conditions such as arthritis we can offer energy conservation and joint protection advice enabling them to achieve their maximum potential. Rehabilitation and advice following surgery or injury is also provided.

Return to work programmes can be provided following a work assessment and close liaison with employers is encouraged.

Our paediatric Occupational Therapist can offer perceptual and motor coordination assessment and treatment programmes, handwriting assessments and general home assessments for our younger clients.
